I think it would be nice to have private inboxs like the Lonely Planet, not as email addresses but just so answerbankers can communicate with each other when they're online. From what I've seen there are more then one or two people who use this site who might like to have conversations with one another. But also if its linked to the question that's asked, it would save clogging up ordinary email inboxes.

In fact it seems that even more importantly than a Rant category, people foremostly want a factual question Answerbank, with Rants and Fun etc diverted a bit. So what can we Do about it? Don't the regulars create the traffic (what traffic) can we get things changed slightly.. what do regulars suggest? maybe I'm worng and you all happy in the main?

A Rant category would be an excellent idea, I think . . . but I don't know if the AB editors will pay any attention.

Good idea. Lots of the interesting stuff gets bumped off too quickly.
