...so now we have Baa Baa Rainbow Sheep as the original is deemed to be too offensive. This, coupled with story about the antique dealer being arrested in Hereford for selling antique G*llyW*gs, just makes me soooooo proud to be British. I gotta emigrate

They 'phoned their local education authority for advice and were unable to get any info as the relevant person was on leave and were told to refrain from singing the song until advice was available. Hence the sensationalist reporting by British 'redtop' newspapers.
This refers to the original (I think) situation where this arose about 20 years ago.
I think there is a more recent regurgitation of this story but I'm not sure ...
I really believe that if you buy, and believe, papers like the Sun and the Daily Mail - you deserve what you get.
But, of course, most things are a matter of opion - unless you read the Sun or the Mail ...
