Everything!!!!

What an erse of a woman - would have been a different story if someone chanced to be on the pavement whilst she investigated why her mascara was clogged.

In saying that - it was a bit much to fine someone for eating a sausage roll whilst stationary at a junction!

I've seen the Polis munching in the squad car - double standards?

BTW - I have been guilty of having a wee drink of water or a bite on my prawn sandwich - but I have it down to a fine art - so I'm not being self righteous - but I've seen some on their mobiles scrambling for a bit of paper.

I always pull over for my moby - honest.

Guilty as charged - BUT as a Sales Rep I have mastered eating my lunch and putting on my lippy between customers down to a fine art lol.
Same woman was also banned a week before for drink-driving.

Last year, some daft woman pulled out right in front of me on a roundabout. Having slammed the brakes on to avoid her, I then realised that she was driving with a dog on her lap.

Question Author

stoo_pid - really???

I was gonna post a silly thing to Kat that most sales reps pick their nose whilst driving anyway - so whats a bit of lippy:)

I now realise just how widespread and dangerous distracting yourself while driving is.I was latterly being a bit flippant in my Q but it is actually quite shocking.

Kat - I wasnt having a go at you at all - I was just going to slag you for being a sales rep:)

Its ok Drisgirl - sssh dont tell anyone but my title is actually Business Development Executive, how posh does that sound eh? lol.

and no I dont pick my nose because I have long nails and it would soooooo hurt.

Question Author
See kat - I have found with long nails you get the best ones - LOL

As long as it suits your complexion 101.

Hows your nails for a good howk at your beak afterwards?

Try heating ones eyelash curlers in the ciggy heater before use, then curling whilst going round a roundabout..... points means prizes... I was always told

asci - I shouldnt but PMSL!!
Phewee... after the debate I've just had I'm gonna stick to cookin'! :-)
Question Author
asci - where so I can have a nosy!!!
on the news section, the one with 66 answers! how to open a can worms I say!
Question Author

Wow asci - I admire you for fighting your corner. You did well and I think you had the respect of the people who had opposing views to you.I dont know how I missed that one- because I would have had my tuppence worth - it wouldnt have been along your lines but as you said its a healthy debate and everyone ,I feel is entitled to their own opinion, as long as they can substansiate it.Thats what make AB interesting (its just when it gets personal it gets to me!)

Long may you reign and me too cos at least we are not afraid to stand up and be counted:) That was tongue in cheek for anyone who thought we reigned supreme!!!

Just a point I think needs to be made - men are genetically programmed to pick their noses whilst driving. We actually can't help it. I saw a Desmond Morris programme about it years ago.

We also have to pass wind whilst driving.

It's in our genes.

Drisgirl, yep - she would have been banned for the make-up incident (she was doing 32mph with no hands on the wheel while looking at herself in her compact..!) except they discovered she had since been banned already for drink-driving. More here (there's a link to the video evidence they used too).

Hmmm. Their video link doesn't seem to work now - try here

Morning Asci. No hangover then!! :o)

Sorry to gatecrash Drisgirl but Asci and I were having a drink or two after that debate on News.

Question Author

sp1814 - Unfortunately it doesnt stay in your genes (sp) when you pass wind:) Just while I'm on the subject - when you pick your nose, as you are genetically programmed to do,why do you have to take your eye off the road (could get banned for that) check it,give it points mentally out of ten and then roll it up before flicking it?

stoo_pid - thanks for that but I dont have compatable software to look at it (whatever that means). She is everything a female driver just so isnt.No seriously she should have got a wee jail sentence for blatantly flouting the law.Think she would have been a sorry girl then!
