It seems to me that the news section has beome more of a chat room and a place to denounce others opinions recently, this is a q&a site, lets keep it like that, we should all take each other more seriously

chimney i was wondering what you feel the social ramifications are over perus policy of failing to recognise the impact paddington bear has had on their tourist industry there was a great report on news 24 tonight on this very issue

You know I come on here to have deep and meaningful discussions about topical news....well about topics.

And they degenerate into farce, becoming nothing more than a lot of chit chat & spite and anger and vileness. If i wanted that I would go home to the wife.
