Finding a grave
3 Answers
Hi folks. Still trying to trace my mate who died a few years ago. Just wondered though , if he died in England but his folks are from Scotland and live there then where is he likely to be buried. Where he died or where his folks live ? Also he split from his wife but they didn't divorce so does she get a say in him being buried where she lives ? What's the law re this and how does it work with his death being registered ? Will that have been done in England or Scotland ? Loads of questions I know. Sorry. Any help would be great. Cheers.

His parents would probably decide where he was buried, so Scotland is most likely. In my opinion anyhoo.
