Scrollbar Is Jumping Too Many Pages On...

I only ask as I have been talking to a couple of friends who hadn't & I couldn't help but think had it been a story of bitterness & resentment it would of made front page news for a good while to come.
Personally after reading this story I am going to see if I can show some support to our boys overseas even if it just 'a parcel from home' .... a few cd's & magazines sort of thing ....... Anyone know how I would go about doing such a thing?

Both my husband and brother-in-law have been in Iraq.
They (of course) do not agree with my opinion, and are quite prepared to die for their country.
Well, I would definitely NOT be proud of them if it happened, I'd be more ****** at Bush than I already am.
And as much as I disliked our chanceler Schrder.
Saying 'no' to this war is the one thing he got my respect for!
I suspect the sentiment lies in the fact that the soldiers father was a serving soldier for 30 years and knew what that life meant as only a serving soldier can. Perhaps if not then the story would have been a bitter one as losing a loved one can never be easy in any circumstance. Why not be proud?
I doubt you can send gifts, but you can send e-blueys. We should be proud and support our troops, the decision of politicians is not their individual fault and in many respects they - feel rightly or wrongly (I won't judge them) - that they are there for a good cause. See here for e-bluey info:

Well just to support Bohne and go off thread a little my brother in law is a Major in the Tank Regiment and my cousins husband is a Lieutenant Colonel and they are both in Iraq.If I have 2 membere of my family in Iraq then I'm sure someone you know does - so why dont you just put a parcel together and address it to a soldier with that regiment
Your heart is in the right place but your responses are minging at times. Can you not just temper yourself a tinsy bit and just ignore an opinion you dont agree with - like mine:)
