I think this is a still from the story. I can't say I have any sympathy for the floored berk!
I quite agree that the 'turning of tables' against the happy-slapper is very heartwarming indeed. However, in today's Britain, I dare say that the victim turn 'revenger' was lucky to escape arrest and prosecution by the police, especially if the disgraced happy-slapper was a teenager. In this country, teenagers can get away with almost anything.
The government has failed woefully in stemming this evil tide, so citizens are now taking laws into their own hands.
I advise nobody here tries what the guy (the revenger) did. You may be unlucky to be arrested by cops who have nothing better to do than to go around arresting the assaulted rather than the aggressor.
