Why hasnt Saddam attacked the USA as yet? Surely, if I kept hearing a person telling me 'I'm gonna hit you' I'm just going to go right ahead and hit him first!

Sadam is certainly bright enough to know he can't beat America in an 'army for army' basis. The real worry is that while America and the UK are busy playing by Queensberry Rules - "We've given you every chance no you really have to be taught a lesson" teacher-pupil style, the terrorists of the world carry out September 11 atrocities which require no military might, or UN Resolutions what so ever. America may well invade with its mighty army, but what will the terrorists do? Terrorise - it's what they are good at.

Surely the real reason is because the poxy weapons that Saddam has barely threaten the countries bordering Iraq let alone the mighty US of A which is a little further away and as far as I can see in no danger from Iraq
