Are you sitting comfortably.. No kicking, scratching or biting but killing's okay. - Geneva Convention. How bizarre is that? And is this war merely an hors d'ouevre on a menu of other lands to 'liberate' to Bush's Empire?

Another Geneva convention 'oxymoron' - you can stab someone to death with a Bayonet... but it musn't be rusty. And recently the US changed some of their ammunition from lead to tungsten to be more envirmentally friendly... but still use depleted Uranium in their shells!

I vividly remember Swift and his Bigendians and little Endians - how perceptive. How ridiculous.

The War Is news Flanders. Or don't you believe in freedom of speech either? I suppose you only want people who agree with your pro War stance to post. What then of all those who don't agree with ned flanders? - up against the wall?

To answer the question you clearly asked, let's hope this isn't a trial run before other of the "Axis of Evil" countries are targeted. It's almost impossible to guess what might come next, but with the economies of the US and UK both heading for the cliff edge before this debacle began, I don't think the electorate in either country will stand for more money being spent in this way. BTW while this fight is supposed to be about Iraqi freedom, did you notice the Australian protesters weren't allowed into the centre of Sydney? So much for free speech.
"...did you notice the Australian protesters weren't allowed into the centre of Sydney?" And quite right too!!!

Ned, I think you'll find that's "collateral damage" caused by "friendly fire", not merely civilian casualties! ;-) Please, use the designated war terms! :-D
