TV Crime/Murder Drama name?

Hi,trying to recal a Drama on normal telly in the last couple of years.It was cops trying to find a killer and the only bit i can remember was the nasty way the killer left one of the victims.The victim was tied to the steering wheel in an old van and left on waste grounds, still alive but the van had bees in it and the victim was stung to death over a long time and when the van was found it was a nasty mess inside...Anyone? thanks
