Well thanks everyone, I think we are mostly in agreement. Not sure about Waldo though.
It seems that all though these nutters want to "Slay the infidel" it's fine to take money of the infidel in the mean time.
Good point thpough fender perhaps we could export his wife and kids to Beriut to be with him, let's have a whip round shall we, I'd gladly put in.

Well, not that the more rabid bretheren bothered to even consider the possibility in their frenzied desire to demand violence against Mr Hamza's person (selectively ignoring the fact that if one of them funny foriegn types had dared used the exact same words about one of them they'd all get very upset, wet their pants and condemn him as a threat to national security and demand his immediate expulsion - woo hoo! You surely won the 'who's the most civilised' competition with that clever and brilliant argument), but I have no problem with him being left there and I rather suspect that's why no one else has bothered coming on to knit pasta about it either.

i don't know anything about this man, so i will make some assumptions. as it would appear everyone else is. he does not appear to be that old, so let's assume he was in his late teens early twenties about 24 years ago and let's also assume he witness the western backed wholesale slaughter of thousands of his fellow country men and the total devastation of his country for 18 years prior to 1982. so if he was born there and possibly lost some close family members, he may be, just guessing here, entitled to have some ill will (possibly radical) in some peoples eyes towards the west, so like the vietnamese, nicaraguans and lately bosnians and serbs that have taken up residence in my country, they are not here by choice but still have the right to the pursuit of life liberty and happiness like eveyone else, but i know they were quite happy where they were before there countries were desamated and they were driven out. so this man chose your country to raise his family in so his kids could be educated and his toilet would flush. he is probably proud of where he is from as we all are, and his country was getting back on it's feet, until ten days ago. maybe, just a guess, he does not want to relive the horror of his youth again. and maybe after all he's been through, he is still a man of pride and has no problem speaking his mind, something most of us cannot fathom as we cannot relate. so i would assume he is no different than any man.
Oh, thats ok then, let him come back here, live off our taxpayers, along with his whole family and in his free time, of which he has plenty, go onto our streets and preach hatred and death to the west. Poor bloke. Have we been a bit hard on him????? yeah,right on. Are we not entitled to be thoroughly peed of with him and his likes living off us whilst he wishes we would all be blown up! He then fled the UK last year after it was announced the police were going to investigate him for comment made following the 9/11 attack and the 7/7 attacks (basically praising the bombers and saying that the victims deserved what they got), and for contiinued calls for further attacks against non-muslim countries and people.
Now that he feels threatened in Lebanon he's decided that the UK isn't that bad after all and wants to come back... except the Home Office are saying no.
It may be a simplified version but if he hates the West (and non-muslims) as much as he says he does then why should we let him back again?

In this particular case Maxximus has made a number of wrong assumptions. This man did not have to flee his country because it was 'decimated', he fled because the Syrians wanted to try him and, no doubt, execute him.
The UK gave him sanctuary and the British taxpayers paid his benefits over a large number of years so that he would not have to work.
In payment for this kindness he wants us dead and, as previously mentioned, praised the nutters (they are not martyrs, they are murderers) of 9/11 and 7/7.
Now he cowardly wants to return to the country he hates so much because he knows he will be safe here.
