Apparently there are 3 jokers. I would believe anything with the Americans!!

I used to use Bicycle playing cards from the states and they always had 3 extra cards......2 standard Jokers and 1 card detailing the relative odds of getting poker hands and on the reverse the order of strength of poker hands....Maybe this is what they are refering to?
