Extra Bank Holiday

Last Year the UK was given an extra bank holiday for Queenies Golden Jubilee (God Bless Her!). I seem to remember the Government intended keep this extra bank holiday but could not decide what date it should fall on, Trafalgar Day was mentioned but Trafalgar was fought in October, not the nicest of months for an extra holiday. Any Idea what happened to this intention?

Yeah there was an extra day-off last year.
