I haven't got a clue what you are talking about but, while you are waiting, why not take a few lessons in spelling/grammar? :-)
I haven't a clue what you are talking about either. Why not translate it and then we will reply. Until then 73's from me

ok, lets see if you understand this then. I have mobile phone insurance with a company called homecare. this was due to a contract which bt arranged while they were still in the mobile phone business. now O2 have taken over, and they say that they have nothing to do with homecare insurance. i have claimed on my insurance before, when they replaced a damaged 7110 with a new nokia 8210.this was fine for a year, untill the screen started playing up. homecare then replaced that with another 8210, which i think was a refurbished model, as it started acting up within a couple of months ,eg; faulty screen, broken power switch and a randon screen display saying "insert sim card" for no reason. they have now taken back this phone after a lot of nagging as they never do anything without being asked several times. they promised me a nokia 6310 within 10 days, and it's been 2 weeks and counting. has anyone else had anything like this happen to them with homecare insurance?
Oh is that what you were on about.
thoma$, I can honestly say that I have not been affected, in any way whatsoever, by your homecare insurance, nor do I know of anybody else who has been affected.
