Musim schools in London

Gawd - what should Britain be doing with regard to these? I'm way up north so don't fear any backlash, but what do you think? I have worked with Asian people and have found them to be really nice people who have the same work ethic as ourselves - but what should we be doing - I think that everyone (including the As1ans) would want them arrested !!

Yes Scotman84, I've also worked with people who didn't originate from way up north in Scotland, I've also worked with Scots, Algerians, Canadians, Laplanders, Greeks - I wont go on; they've all been people; just people. We can safely say when evil marries stupidity you get a form of lunatic leading to what we doctors call Dontgiveumaninchitus. Sadly it is a fact that the condition shows no respect for any culture or nationality.

Scotman, I'm really sorry mate I've no idea what your on about. If I did, I would answer your question as it seemed to be interesting in there somewhere.

Right since you didn't post a link and were clearly entering "The obscurest question in the world contest" I just went and found out to what you were referring.
I would imagine most Muslim schools pose no problem at all, it's just those run bt extremist maniacs you have to worry about, which are always going to be a tiny fraction of the whole. Arrests people doing wrong and ignore people who are not a threat.Seems obvious.

I suppose you have Catholic schools, so I don't see an argument against *having* Muslim schools really - depends what they're teaching I guess.

It was my understanding that the police raid on the school had nothing to do with the curriculum. Apparently the school, in order to make money ,rented out rooms/space to various groups, and the police were looking for evidence that one of these groups may have been involved in terrorism.

On a related note though, I am not a fan of any type of faith school.
