baggage ban lifted - is this true?

has the baggage ban really been lifted and does it include all flights?

joko, not when I was flying yesterday evening, still had to take off shoes and belts for x-ray machine and anything liquid (perfume, drinks, make-up etc) was confiscated. You can bring on small baggage onto the plane but they have put smaller wooden boxes in the 'baggage size' thing so luggage has to be smaller as well.

nope it was still on today when i got my channel lipstick taken off me!!! grrrrr!!
