"And what would you think if the Muslims proposed shooting all your children and dancing on your graves and then building a replica of Ken Bigley's face on it so large it could be seen from space..? Would you let it happen then, you damned tree-huggers? Then you wouldn't be so liberal, eh? Eh? Eh? I've got brain problems me..."
Who's proposing to do such a thing? No one. Precisely the same number who would think demolishing Trafalgar Square was a good idea, regardless of what it was being proposed to replace it with. And, of course, it should be completely obvious that such a thing would never be allowed. Ever. What a wierd thing to say!
The proposed Mosque'd be built on an area of waste ground in east London that has been unused for many years - I happen to know because I pass it on the way in to work every morning. It's been derelict for at least 20 years to my knowledge, and possibly much longer.

I think, in all seriousness, you have to look to the future, and how the area will become, AND become populated, if a Mosque of this size is built, also, and I know, like all religeons, there are different sects of the Muslim religeon,
We don't know yet, but just imagine if its Sharia thats practiced there, Sorry, but if it is, then God help us all.

Since i live round the corner from where they are proposing this mosque to be, i would have to say no and if i didn't live around the corner i would still say no. Everyone is entitled to their religion but i don't see why islam gets first choice. Build the mosque next door to number 10 downing street and see if Tony and the crew like it.
