Well flip flop the reason us scots are able to vote on issues in the Westmister parliament is due to the fact of it being the UK Parliament not just Englands.Devolution doesnt cover everything. So did you think it was fair on England voting on Scottish matters, when in 1997 this was a tory free zone.
