There are a number of things I would like to be recognised for...an act of heroism...writing a number one hit...maybe even exposing a political scandal...

...however, if proven guilty, this young man will forever be known as the 'Train Pooer'.

Seriously though...I wonder whether he, like so many others who have been released under the flawed 'care in the community' program, should be under closer, care-home supervision?

cleaning contract for companies �2,000

an example: to lay bricks on your garden path costs �500
to lay eqivalent bricks for the council costs �10,000
