He is like a dog with a bone, he will not let this one go. You could hear the frustration in Nauchty's voice as Al Fayed insists he is the only one who knows the truth, the report has been fudged by MI6, they're all liars etc etc. Compulsive radio.

I'm not convinced there is a conspiracy. The doctors involved in her treatment and autopsy have all stated she would probably have survived the crash if she had been wearing a seat belt.
I believe the incident shames the photographers who harassed her; embarrasses the Government and Royals for not insisting upon suitable security and transportation arrangements, post divorce; and condemns the princess herself for not taking the responsible measure of wearing a seat belt when travelling in a car.
It remains a tragedy, but I think it was an accident.

Who and why? And if anyone comes up with the dreadfully flawed future King to have a Muslim step-father argument I'll scream. A step-father has no rights. The Princes are both loyal and very close to their Father. Why would anyone kill him? So, so stupid. She got in a car with a speeding drunk driver - what would happen next is obvious.

Before this report was made public it was shown to Prince Charles. He may be Dad to Wills and Harry, but he was divorced from Diana for years before she died, mostly treated her like muck, and has been the subject of some conspiracy rumours. So him having first glance alone stinks in my opinion. I don't give any credence to this report.
I've never heard any possible scenario for a murder. All the travel arrangements were last-minute. How do you reliably crash a car and be sure that its passengers are killed. I mean, how could it possibly have been engineered ?
I'd love to hear some theories as to - if it was murder - how was it done ?

what i can't understand is why diana would be so against being photographed that she'd allow her driver to reach such high speeds and break the law, just to stop some people taking photographs of her...!
she was one of the most photographed people on this planet and i have never, ever heard of her not wanting to be photographed or acting angrily to photographers prior to this incident. i've never even seen a grumpy photo!!
she knew better than anyone that if you smile and allow a photo, they will leave you alone - why would the idea of being photographed by a long lens, from the back of a dark car, at night, get her so agitated into breaking the law...she must have known they would only get a fuzzy dark shot.
if she was that bothered, why not just duck??...makes no sense!
Paparazzi lurk everywhere - especially if you are a princess, and she knew wherever she went she was likely being photographed without her knowledge (from behind a bush, from a hotel window, a car etc) irritating i know, but she must have been used to it - so why this bizarre reaction?
i don't buy it
