young asian girl was assulted real bad at secondary school by white girl, it was racial attack. she beet her up so badly that girl fainted due to multible injuries accured eg: broken noise.black eye, swolen face blood all over. when she came round and stood up fainted again ambulance came took girl to hospital. police were called and bully is out on bail.
the school is saying that they are guarantying that the bully l will not be allowed back into the school 99%
but am very worried the bully will get back into school. how can i make sure that the girl is expelled from school. for 1 year this verbal abuse has been taking place. bullying her and other asian children.
police are aware and crime number issued.
wot else can i do please to protect every one at school.
last year a yr 8 boy was beat up badly by group of four yr 11 white boys.that was also racial attack.
the school said same to them only to find on arrival the boy joined the school in 6 form. the school is has only 25% of asian ethnic group. the school do not wish to admit they have a racist issue on there hands as its a grammer school. they did not offer any help to the police on there investigation to yr 8 boy attack.
can any one help advise me on how to make changes into schools. am wanting to speek up for my rights.

Certainly the school, the education authority, the police, the governors should take all the action that is necessary but I can understand your concern if this did not happen on a previous occasion.
You don't say whether you are a parent of a child at the school. If you are, you could talk to any of the governors (the parent governors might be the most suitable ones to approach). It might also be possible to involve local councillors, as they could have some influence with the education authority.

I have no comment to make, but it has made me laugh (tongue in cheek and not at this terrible story!) that you say the school has "only" 25 percent asian. The UK as a whole have a total non-white (inclucding Afro-carribean and Far East population of 4.75 percent)
In my opinion therefore, the school is very culturally aware.
