Joan Baez did an LP called Any Day Now on vanguard vsd 79306/7 records in 1971 and its really good also Brian Ferrys new LP is also supposed to be all Bob Dlyan covers I dont know its title but I think it's released 5th march

I am sorry to be very late with an answer but i was surfing and came across your question.

The best cover EVER of a Dylan song is Eric Clapton's version of " Born in time" You must have a listen.
As for Dylanesque by Bryan Ferry don't buy it unless you like Ferry's voice.
To me it's just an old Bloke singing Dylan songs and i believe it's not going to be the last he's doing.
I got delivery of it today and thank god it was only 9 quid.
