Ok it's about Catholic adoption agencies primarily but what has horrified me is that Gay couples are considered as suitable to adopt full stop. Now before you start jumping up and down, "homophobia" yada yada etc. This is not an anti gay rant but one of conncern for the adopted children. Surely they will go through a life of merciless ribbing at best and brutal bullying at worst. Kids are totally cruel. Should children be put through this on the altar of trendy PC policies? What sort of screwed up mental state would the victims of this policy be in by the time they reach adulthood?

When someone gives themselves the pseudonym of Chelsea Tractor (or Ctrak for short), they're probably not going to be subtle or sensitive though. In that sense I am all too male.

Goodsoulette makes the good point about how there's always double standards. Put simply, homophobia is about 1% hatred and 99% fear. These people don't understand homosexuals, so they cope with hatred. I don't understand homosexuality either, but I'm willing to cope with the things I don't understand. I just login to Facebook...

the important thing is that adopted children have loving homes. personally i'd rather be teased about having gay parents than be stuck in care.
