did you contact them? when i was selling my house, i got in contact with them and was amazed at just how low an offer they would be willing to give me, dont touch them with a barge pole

There was an item on BBC TV a few days ago where a company bought a house at auction with sitting tenants. The house was previously owned by a housing association and let it out on a short term contract. The new owner decided to keep the sitting tenants at a pre-arranged rent.

Was the company Economical Lifestyles? There are several companies that do this sort of deal.
Please be very careful if you decide to go ahead with selling your home to a company. Friends of ours did so at an agreed price with a company, and as soon as they had signed the contract the company started bringing the price down substantially that they had agreed to pay, also they delayed matters by changing solicitors half-way through and generally making the whole deal stressful for the elderly couple, so they wish they had never started it.
Have an independent solicitor too, for advice before you start, as these companies try to get one to use their solicitor.
