I am a member of another chat forum, which contains an 'E-dissing' section. In this section members are allowed to argue with one another, and even be abusive within the confines of the rules. The site operates a no racism policy, but only deems comments targetting religion racism, so they do allow comments such as '****...' etc

Could the site get in trouble for allowing this? Is this in anway against the law?

Also, if they lifted all restrictions and allowed attacks on relgion, would this be illegal? Would they get in trouble if a member complained?
