I'm looking forward to signing the petition to protest about snoopers coming into our houses for council tax revaluation. If say about 1.8million people sign it as a protest to more interfering and being hammered for more tax, then the government will have to take notice and relent. I mean surely they won't want to be seen as a controlling, heartless, greedy arrogant and patronising dictatorship?

Now take the French, if there is anything that they strongly disagree about, then they up and take some action, perhaps it is because they have a revolutionary type attitude?

I agree yorkie. It's good to know that the chauffeur driven / travel expense claiming people who run the country are listening to our views and won't just plough ahead with their plans regardless.
Except of course that they will, we know that they will, and they know that we know they will.
What a ludicrous charade.
