Through a red light
I was recently pulled over by an officer and accomplice for going through a red light he says was on red for 2 - 3 seconds before I passed through. I believe it was actually amber when I went through and it changed to red just after I had crossed the line.
I was not caught by a camera only his and his accomplices eye. I was given a fixed penalty notice and 3 penalty points.
Do they have a case against me, or is it there word against mine?

If your honest how many times have you gambled on the amber before?
Who do you think the court will side with?
Think carefully before doing something you might regret.
