To be serious about what you've said, I think it depends on how people of both sexes behave whilst doing that. I went out with a 17 year old in my mid thirties and no-one really thought much about that one way or the other and you get couples like Francesca Annis and Ralph Fiennes ( before they split up obviously) where she was 20 odd years older than him, and they aren't looked down on.
The people who cop the flack do so for leching which you can do at any age, not for the age of the people they go out with. If you behave like a person then you won't have any trouble.

what i meant was double standards, in that women who enjoy sex and behave in a carefree sexual way are usually considered to be slags, *****, slappers etc, - yet men who behave the same way are studs and 'one of the boys, and are applauded
