Tough on crime tough on the causes of crime
Does this mean this government is going to get tough on crime 10 years, 10 years!, after His Tonyness first came out with the above sound bite?

- Reorganise the Police. Tricky, last time they attempted this resulted in the police not cooperating and nothing happened.
- Cut red tape, more accessible. Easier said than done. Most of the police stations near me are closed after 7pm
The rest seems more like commonsense anyway, and makes you wonder why we are not already doing it.
