I disagree with many of your views so I wouldn't vote for you.
However, to start a new party:
1) Advertise in the press or online to meet up with like-minded people.
2) Meet up, agree on a name, policies, meeting place and how to raise funds. Elect a Chairman, a Treasurer and a Secretary.
3) Arrange a public meeting at a public hall, advertised in the press or on-line to attract more members.
4) Set up a website.
5) At any election, local or national, set up candidates and distribute leaflets.
Remember though, that your policies you list are just your own personal beliefs, and you can't expect people to agree with absolutely all of them. Unless you are going to become the Joe-the-Lion Party.

you won't be getting my vote anytime soon i'm afraid - though it would be interested to see you trying to work out how most of those manifesto points were going to work in the real world... anyway good luck - maybe you should consider standing as an independent and then use that as a lauching pad for your political party
You'll need to register with the Electoral Commission and satisfy these conditions
In order to register a political party, a group must submit the following information to us:
an application form giving details of: the party name, at least two party officers, where in the UK the party is to be registered, and whether the party will have any accounting units
a copy of the party's constitution
a financial scheme showing how the party will comply with the financial controls
a fee of 150 (please note that once submitted, the fee can not be refunded)

Hey wardy - maybe I should expand a little.
Take your policies one by one
1. Under UN resloutions the UK must grant asylum to those in need, so you could not opt out without leaving the UN. As for immigration - the British Empire caused that by making half the world citizens.
2. & 3. The income tax hike would ensure that the captains of industry would leave in droves, and the loss of ancillary taxes would mean there'd be no money for hospitals etc. Income tax cannot hope to make up the shortfall - see point 12 below.
4. As for ANY assault - what if they're off duty/to blame/ or lying?
5. Texas has one of the highest rate of murders in the US, ands actively enforces the death penalty. Ergo it is not a deterrent.
6. Actually, i agree with this one.
7. Are you actually insisting on prisoners being forced into work in society? Who'd guard them? You abolished taxes, so there's no money in the coffers
8. Amazing how many call for a return to National Service once they're too old to be enrolled themselves.
9. The BBC should never be privatised, it is a beacon to all that shows how broadcasting can stay independent.
10. Since I disagree with pretty much everything the green party stands for, (I don't agree that humans play a great role in global warming for example), I can't agree with this. However, the taxes you'd impose would already be illegal under policy 2.
11. If british players were good enough, that would be a redundant policy anyway.
12. Since the industrialists emigrated to get away from your punitive tax regime, who'd run the industry? And since you'd 'make industry work', who'd buy the products - think it through: you can't force prices in China, India etc to go up, so you'd need to produce at a low price, leading to lower wages, leading to a loss in income tax etc.
13. Who'd farm a half acre in the centre of Manchester?
That's why I'd never vote

1) We joined, we can pull out.
2 and 3) EVERYBODY will be better off under my tax system.
4) Proof beyond all reasonable doubt, as it is at the moment.
5) It is not a deterrent, it is a punishment and will wipe the country of such criminals.
6) Agreed
7) 45000 criminals in prisons x 60 hours per week equals 270.000 hours work a week. This will be unpaid and, say 7 per hour will add the equivelent of abou 1 billion to the treasury each year.
8) Forced national service at 17 years old. No ifs no buts.
9) The BBC is a leftist platform for completely censored Labour propaganda. It is as British as an illegal immigrant.
10) Green issues needs to be addressed. Simple.
11) British sport is be ruined by 100, 000 per week imports.
12) A free market ecomony will be created with British goods only. My tax sytem is fair, the captains of industry will be better off by far. No buisness tax whatsoever and no VAT. Everyone is better off.
13) Prisoners, the unemployed, farmers, entrpreneurs, people without gardens will farm it. The list is endless.

Hmmm, well my manifesto would be :-
1) Any visitors to sign and accept that the laws of this land are to obeyed and adhered to. If not this will result in expulsion.
2) Whilst living/visiting here, any preaching of hatred towards this country will be classed as an act of treason.
3) Medical research funds will be increased and more centers opened for research in stem cells.
4) Reduce nursing staff and doctors and train staff properly, ensuring that the right quality of people are in the right job and not just employed to make numbers up.
5) I have many more, but will keep those to myself for now.
Any questions, please ask away. I am an open and honest person :)
