Ok, I know so many ppl on here have trouble in their relationships..but I'm not sure if i should start trouble on this?!
Me and my guy have been together for few months- we're very close and were best friends for 8 years before taking the plunge! His sister despises (sp) me taking him 'away' from her, as we never got on, and she keeps trying to break us up...anyways.....
We often run outa credit so we text eachova off the internet on 02website. I've just run out and 'cos i have no texts left i went onto his account!
I was being a bit nosey and went onto the 'sent' texts. (SEPTEMBER2006) 19/20 were to me saying how much he loved me, we're soulmates but i found one to a diff number saying "hey it's paul, text you soon, i luv yaxxxxxxxxxx"
WTF! So obviously i asked who the **** is she. He's adament he didn't send it. Saying it was so long ago, maybe it was his sister!?!?

Am i going to be think in believing it could have been his sister, or had he really been texting someone else after we'd got together?!!? The text sounded so like him....but I don't want to lose him!

this was sent in 2006 you said you've been together a few months. Were you with him when he sent that?

What were you doing snooping round his account? If you've OK'd this with him, then I doubt he'd have left anything dodgy on there for you to find!
And it was in September last year!!!-youb say you've only been together a few months. perhaps she was before you. I wouldnt make a big deal out of this if I were you. You might end looking pretty stupid. Just forget it.
Unless he's actually done something to make you suspicious?

seems like you've had bad relationships before from your header. Doomed from start if you're checking up on him.

lol We got together in June/July last year, so about 10months.
We always run out of credit so we make up accounts for eachother, so we full well know passwords/usernames etc.

But this, I just don't know, he's always been there with me when I've had 2 very bad relationships before....and when he was ab it younger he was known as a bit of a player - but when we got together everyone was happy- was meant to be!

He doesn't seem bothered i looked in the 02 account, could that prove his innocence? lol Arrrgghh why is it so confusing ehy lol

I think you need to take a look at yourself first and be happy with you before you try and work this one out. Personally I think you're looking way too much into it. If you really believe he was texting someone else get rid but I think you've made your mind up to forgive him anyway.

Firstly - I'd like to say to Teag1rl we shouldn't be condemming Lucy for looking! Who wouldn't... trust or no trust... your mind gets the better of you!

I was with my ex 5yrs and we were best mates for about 6mnths before that and we shared passwords for internet accounts, phones, even pin numbers for bank cards... thats what you do when you love and trust someone... and I found a text on his phone from some girl saying 'I'm all alone x'.. I was only trying to retrieve a voicemail that his dad told me he left on there! Then I saw her name pop up and I thought 'who the hell is this?' I didn't plan it.. My mind took over.. but if it hadn't.. I'd never have found out about her!

Lucy - I don't think it sounds like anything to worry about but let it go now, before you ruin your relationship... if you don't trust him then fine but you don't have to tell him or interrogate him! Simply tell him you believe him and leave it at that.... if you continue to question him and he is telling the truth then he will only feel distrusted and upset... if he is infact lying and you continue to interrogate him... then he will start to hide things and you will never know the truth!

Tell him you believe him and you are sorry... then watch him from a far!

Ahh im sorry to hear bout that rubes! Just want to say to every1, i didn't go purposely rummaging through the sent messages, I used ti also use the mobile account so was just curious at the old texts - so I don't think there was anything previously on my mind!

LOL the silly b*gger came to me this morning, he's brought me an enternity ring! lol "to prove you are my everything" lol what a soppy get lol But i think it's in my mind already to forgive him, like 4get me not said so....I think this may be one of those things where you have to just bite ya lip and move on?!?!?! lol
