Is anyone experiencing bank problems today?? Nat West seems to have died - I can't get online, it hasn't updated my details (pay due) and there is nothing available in my account , so it says.

It has been on the news today that Nat West have been having problems with their machines and also customer accounts on line.

Just heard on the news that natwest have been having problems with there phone lines , computers and cash machines all day, but their cash machines are now working, dont know if this helps or not

Royal Bank have been the same, but seems all right now! - just been on line and account is fine.

Hi Panic - yes I know, I used to work for the Royal Bank and lost my job when they bought over nat west. That's why I said about the RBS digital banking - I just expect everyone else to know who owns what in the financial services world!!!

thanks k9. I didn't hear the news about it, just what the lovely but stressed out call staff told me. Looks like the sunflower seeds will come in handy after all. 9pm and still nothing here!
