Already has - but we have short memories and it won't be long before the convenience and lure of foreign climates has us jetting around the world again.
I have to fly because of my work, but I'd rather not. Contrary to the previous answer, I think we'll find ways to avoid flying (video conferencing, fewer foreign holidays, etc) and there will be a lot less planes in the sky in future. Which is a blessing if you live near Heathrow airport.
You also have to remember that terrorists hit planes because a lot of people die all at once and it makes it shocking to the world.  If people stopped flying and instead used cruise ships, it would not be long until they start to target them.  Also, as a side point, it is possible that they are targetting ships right now, since it's something that we haven't thought about.  People like Al Qaeda don't do the usual or the predictable they hit when you're looking at something else.
No, and No.  The number of people who get killed in terrorist attacks on planes or ships is likely to be still fairly small compared with the number of similar deaths in accidents - it will just be regarded as part of the risk of travel.  GSTQ
