Im reading lots of posts regarding the concert in london for diana and all the posts relating to missing her and how touched everyone is by missing her.
Now say what you want to me but as far as im concerned she was a rich sort who was a nursery teacher then married a guy a lot older with big ears.They never really loved each other he had feelings for another woman,now his wife .She had affair with a guards officer james hewitt then her and her hubby split.She started seeing the playboy son of an egyptian shopkeeper and died in a car crash in paris.
So why all the fuss??Theres a lot more important things to worry about than a dead ex -princess / ex - nursery teacher.Do you think folk are overreacting and just joining in the hysteria which was prevelant at the time of her death?
I mean what did she do for us?
I dont want folk saying charity etc etc we supported her paid for her extravagant lifestyle and so she supported some charities.Big deal id sign up for the job tomorrow beats working for a living id say.

i think its more to do with her sons than her personally. No matter what we think of her or her life her sons have done this and to me its more about them.

I liked Diana, but I am really getting fed up with all these concerts and William & Harry bleating on etc.
I think they should let it all rest, or else people are gonna end up hating Diana or something similar.
As you say, she was not that special, but I did like her!

can't argue with wot ya say legend.had to laugh when she wanted send her sons to normal skool, er eaton.she was a nice person i met her once she agreed kids are hard work,not sure how she knew that though.may be her boys hope this concert will allow them to get on with there lives.and her to rest in peace.

lol legend, obviously they do or why would they have done it? everyone copes in different ways. like i said its continually in the public eye. and as long as the media keep dragging it up then they wont get any peace i dont think. Im not sure they will do this every year but maybe theyre at a stage in their lives where they think its the right time to do it.

i agree, im not cold hearted at all but their are millions of people every day who lose someone they love and nothings done for them, why is it famous people have all the hype attached to their deaths, celebrate this celebrate that, i am also sick of it, and yes they might be in the public eye so what its their own fault.
and yes dianna may have done good things in her life but so do the millions of doctors nurses firefighters police etc etc out there and do they get all this when they die.....no
