According to a newspaper - can not remember which one that I found by use of google. I entered shamless, actor, arrested and hit search.

Armed police swooped at around 6.45am after a passer-by dialled 999 to report he had seen a gun.
A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm and a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault.
Police then raided Jody's nearby flat in Salford Quays in Greater Manchester and the 24-year-old actor was arrested for possession of cannabis. <i/>
