in the past ive had abuse and lots of nasty comments aimed at me when i mention the mcanns and maddy.

so...... theres rumours in the press that the portugeuse police have found a dried blood stain in the apartment vmaddy disappeared from.#
what , in your opinion , is the significance ????if any ??

heres my opinion now.
firstly theres no evoidence of robert murats involvement.
neither is there any evidence of gerry or kate mccannns involvement.
noone saw robert murat with maddy.
noone saw kate or gerry actually checking on maddy.
if the parents are above suspicion then why not murat?
he may be guilty, i dont know.
but at the moment with no evidence at all then why do they pick on murat?

and in answer to folk who say if the parents were involved.
and i dont say they are.
did anyone see the girl years ago said her boyfriend was killed in a roadrage stabbing?tracey someone i think?
he was stabbed to death violently and she went on tv to appeal for his attacker to be found.
after a very dramatic tearful press conference everyone was convinced.
then later it was discovered shed stabbed him to death after an arguement and lied for weeks about it.

Maddy's mother looks terrible, skin and bone. She has more than enough guilt to contend with without people saying she has killed her daughter. My heart goes out to her. I think the portugese police have made such a b***** up of this investigation they are clutching at straws to distract attention from themselves. If Maddy's parents had come home the police would have closed this case weeks ago and they know it. They have to carry on to keep this in the public eye. Wouldn't we all if it was our child. How could you leave....

Apparently their apartment was rented out again after a couple of weeks,which is a disgrace in itself. the blood (if it is blood) could be anybody's.

Hmmmm, if the parents did have something to do with Maddy's 'disappearance' - i.e. murder and Im not saying they have, its just speculation - dont forget both of the are GPs and a doctor would know exactly how to kill someone premeditated and the timescale of death/decomposition and how to get rid of any blood spillage expertly IMHO.

Yes they are both Doctors but that is the only part of your post that makes any sense.
First, Doctors are trained to save life,
Second, You need to be a trained Pathologist to know the timescale of death/decomposition and how to get rid of any blood spillage expertly.
Third, Why would BOTH parents want their daughter dead?

1)apart from Dr's Crippen + Shipman name me Doctors who have killed recently?
2)Why would they both agree to kill Maddie but let the twins live?
3) What would they gain from doing that?

The mother is a GP, the father is a cardiologist. All three children were conceived through IVF - a procedure you do not put yourself through unless you really really want children. Personally that in itself is enough to convince me they had nothing to do with it.

i cant understand myself how the blood wasnt found before,ive always thought something wasnt right with this story,how can anyone in the right mind leave their children alone and go out for the night,why wasnt all three taking ummm very weired,we might be wrong and ill hold my hand up if i am.

I'm as mystified as everyone by this case, and have no opinion on what happened that night. I've talked to a few armchair 'Columbos', and some theories have been raised.
1, the McCanns had nothing to do with the disappearance (which is the way I'm leaning).
2, Murat was involved....
3, and this is interesting, but disturbing. The McCanns' with another person killied the girl earlier in the day, moved her to another place at the time. They then met the others for their evening meal at the restaurant, leaving every ten minutes or so to check on the children. This went on through the evening, and on the last check-visit ran back and announced that little Maddy was gone. This would give them an alibi that she was there 10 minutes ago!
4, Maddy was watched for some days before by a professional abductor, knew the parents were across the road with friends, and siezed the opportunity to abduct the little girl.
I sincerely hope 3, is hopelessly wrong, and I for one don't think that is what happened, well it could in tv drama I suppose.

annavc im afraid if i went thru ivf i would cherish my kids not dump them on their own for a few nights while i drank and ate tapas with doctor friends.

they tried hard to have children.

then when they had 3 they went and left them for a drink and a meal.

in my opinion they were negligent.
ive always said it and i stand firm on that.

the mccanns said they checked 1/.2 hourly.
this changed to hourly after second interviews of the doctors they dined with on night of disappearance.

so whys murat a prime suspect and theyre totally above suspicion????
