I haven`t had a fag for 4 weeks and tonight was the tester,out on the town with the girls and i didnt even fancy one.How pleased am i?I`m bl**dy pleased with myself.

Thanks ck,im really chuffed with myself.But, i will say,the pub that we end up at has a smoking area with patio heater.Tonight,they had a band on playing 80s stuff so i went outside to listen to them with all the smokers and i didnt have one.wicked.

AL i can say is well done kola and keep up the good work we gave it up 18 months ago and have never looked back it is a dirty filffley discusting habit and good for you for having the guts to do it m you have my utmost respect for choosing to give the dirty little weed up Oh god I need a drink now after preaching all of that good for you and keep it up

well done kola, my dad packed up 3 weeks ago this saturday, he has been smoking for over 50 years!, the bad weather coupled with his workplace making them smoke in the elements (they didnt provide an area) made him finally quit!!

keep going and try to ignore the cravings you can do it!
I have packed up 11 years now and its the best choice you will make!!!!!!!

remember smoking bans will only get moreso never less!

Cheers guys,although im not/wasn`t a heavy smoker,its still difficult especially going out for a drink but ive done it now so i can keep doing it.
