Nine years! Nine falming years and 12 months for the mother.
I can't understand how these judges can sleep at night after passing that sort of sentence on two total monsters for killing this poor little soul.
Not long enough.
What does anyone else think?

There is no proof that this girl will harm her baby and its a crying shame that social services cannot do their job properly when it comes to children already in danger.
How many poor little souls have suffered and died out there and still are suffering and dieing when the SS are well aware of it and do nothing. Never mind the 'they might' What about the 'they are.'
They are so quick to say lessons have been learned but they never seem to learn anything.
It does not say unfortunatly whether the SS was involved in this case or not.

The child had already been removed by Social Services from his father's care, and subsequently returned to him. Doctors also failed to spot the signs of child abuse.
