Family leave home after poltergeist invasion
A family left their home in terror after claiming they have a poltergeist which is wreaking havoc in their home. The mother of the family said that objects were flying around the rooms, there were extreme temperature drops and images appearing in display cabinets. What do you think? Have you had any experience of paranormal goings-on? Do you believe it even exists?

The things flying round the room were probably ginny spinners or moths, flying near the light bulb. Or maybe the husband looking for things she had moved and he was throwing stuff out the way trying to find them..
The temperature drops were probably just her kids opening doors or maybe the cat coming in through the cat flap.
The images on the display cabinets were probably just shadows or reflections. Or maybe she has an eye defection.
Now, if it was a guy who had seen these things...

I agree cyanide. I need to see it before I'll believe but I have looked into this subject for a number of years now and although I have never seen it myself it does facinate me.
I don't think they are the ghost of the dead but something entirely unknown to us.
As Shakespear pointed out 'there are more things on heaven and earth that are dreampt of'.'

There is a lot we cannot understand especially when it involves spirits and poltergeists. In my experience these events seem to occur when there is a child in the house. Other instances seem to revolve around people who have died suddenly either through accident or an execution; in other words people who have had their lives cut short and the spirit lives on. Life is a mystery so we should not condemn any unusual occurrences out of hand.
What's the most likely explanation for this.
a. It's someone having a laugh, or telling lies.
b. Against every piece of scientific evidence we have, spirits rise out of our bodies when we die. Then out of the billions of lifeforms that die, occasionally one gets the power to affect physical objects in spite of having no physical presence itself. Rather than do something useful with it, the spirit chooses to randomly chuck stuff about and then stop when the scientists move in.
