Nope Bringing Democracy to a totalitarian state? Not yet Improving the lives of the Iraqi population? In some small enclaves then possibly yes but on the whole this is far from a success story yet.
Should Saddam have been removed from power...Yes, he was a evil dicator who killed his own countrymen for his own ends and used chemical weapons.
Were Bush and Blair wrong for using WMD as a diversionary tactic to authorise a war?.....Yes, though the ends may well have been justified they lied and fabricated evidence and twisted the democratic processes in both countries to use their armed forces to remove a foreign nations leader.
