One other thing...didn't you notice that there was almost no backlash from the black community when the figures for stop and search were revealed?

I kept a close eye on the news that day and the day after...and nothing.

Perhaps this could be because the black community, who marched in protest to the escalating problem back in the summer, support the police actions?

But that wouldn't fit in with the common perception of the black community, would it?

4GS - you need to re-read my posts. I'm not challenging the current stop and search system.

What I'm trying to point out is that...no hang on...I want to hear what you have to say about the original posting. That black kids should be ethnically cleansed from the streets. This is what the question raiser posted.

Let me hear what you think about that, and then I'll explain my posting on stop and search.

I'm not going to dignify bodylice's original post with an opinion, suffice to say that he/she is advocating something that is utterly wrong, there are as many white youths shooting at and stabbing each other as any other ethnic group, we only have to look at the tragic shooting in Liverpool a couple of weeks ago, white 11 year old shot by unknown white boy.

I don't believe it when they nearly always say that the victim was not a gang member, but a very nice A-Level student who everyone liked, and who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Given the true facts he or she would have had some connection with gangs, through drugs etc.

This was one case, could you supply the figures that prove there are as many white youths involved in shootings and stabbings as any other ethnic group?
