why is it ok for Israel to bomb Syria and keep nuclear weapons?
We know the US, UK etc. have nuclear weapons and have used them and threatened to use them. They are also willing to use them in the right circumstances.
Israel has nuclear weapons and decides it has the right to use force when and where it sees fit. Therefore, to stop others from developing weapons is hypocritical.

It's because the world is run by fanatical Zionist Christians (HQ - The White House, US of A) and they reckon that Israel needs to be defended otherwise this 2000 year old magic man-zombie will come back and kill anybody that didn't telepathically accept him as their lord and saviour while everyone that did will be saved. Apparently it doesn't matter if you committ mass murder in the process as they've already accepted him so their going to be saved and he want's them to protect Israel anyway as he was once a Jew before he became God.

I don't think most of the world was that happy with Israel getting nuclear weapons - even some parts of the US administration.
However since 2004 the world has become a rather different place mostly due to this chap

So the idea of Syria, Iran, Iraq and other Middle East countries having nuclear weapons does not concern you? Many of these countries are unstable and not very democratic. They cause enough death and destruction with suicide bombers. Letting them have nuclear weapons would be madness. Israel is the only democratic buffer in the region. A country the size of Wales. You never hear of Israeli suicide bombers coming here and killing British people.
Not much reason for Israelis to employ suicide bombing as a tactic when they have a national Military which receives billions of dollars from the US every year.
How happy would Americans be if another country was formed on part of the land they call their own?
What would be a US equivalent to the size of Israel? How about New Jersey plus New York City.

Yeah.they just send Mossad agents to do it 1
Remember the innocent waiter killed in Norway ?
Alleged but unproven operations
* The alleged assassination of Canadian scientist Gerald Bull, developer of the Iraqi supergun, in 1990. The most common theory is that the Mossad was responsible, and its representatives have all but claimed responsibility for his assassination. Others, including Bull's son, believe that the Mossad is taking credit for an act they did not commit to scare off others who may try to help enemy regimes. The alternative theory is that Bull was killed by the CIA. Iraq and Iran are also candidates for suspicion.[10]
* It was alleged by private intelligence agency Stratfor, based on "sources close to Israeli intelligence", that Dr. Ardeshir Hosseinpour, a scientist involved in the Iranian nuclear program, was killed by the Mossad on January 15, 2007.[11]
* A US intelligence official told The Washington Post that Israel orchestrated the defection of Iranian general Ali Reza Askari on February 7, 2007.[12] This has been denied by Israeli spokesperson Mark Regev. The Sunday Times reported that Askari has been a Mossad source since 2003, and left only when his cover was about to be blownFailed operations
* In July 1973, Ahmed Bouchiki, an innocent Moroccan waiter in Lillehammer, Norway, was killed while walking with his pregnant wife. He had been mistaken for Ali Hassan Salameh, one of the leaders of Black September, the Palestinian group responsible for the Munich massacre, who had been given shelter in Norway. The Mossad agents had used fake Canadian passports, which angered the Canadian government. Six Mossad agents were arrested, and the incident became known as the Lillehammer affair.

* In 1997, two Mossad agents were caught in Jordan, which had signed a peace treaty with Israel, on a mission to assassinate Sheikh Khaled Mashal, a leader of Hamas, by spraying him with poison at a pro-Hamas rally in Amman. Again, they were using fake Canadian passports. This led to a diplomatic row with Canada and Jordan. Israel was forced to provide the antidote to the poison and to release around 70 Palestinian prisoners, in particular the Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, in exchange for the Mossad agents, who would otherwise have faced the death penalty for attempted murder. In March 2004, 7 years after he was released, Yassin was killed in an Israeli helicopter airstrike.
Salhus, when have the UK used OR even threaten to use our nuclear weopans?? Come to think of it when has America threatened such?? Did they actually make a public threat to Castro re the Cuban Missile crisis?. I think not.
As said, Israel is a stable nation state with a peaceful religion and on the whole sane people. Syria, on the other hand, is run by demonic allah-loving child molestors who smell of poo. Simple really.

Zen, you are trying to equate the actions of secret service agents with the actions of suicide bombers? It seems that if these quotes are correct (I see the word 'alleged' is sometimes used), the Israelis were targeting people plotting to make weapons to use against them. Not innocent passengers on tube trains and buses.
The fact that the innocent Moroccan waiter was killed was much regretted. It would not happen today. Unless he was Brazilian, resembled a terrorist and was perhaps living in London.

It's a culture thing. Israel is closer to the West in those things that we share, like intelligence, democracy, and technology. Arabs are Arabs, a different culture and a different world, suicide bombing means assured Paradise. Dust, camels, veils, beheadings. It is however coming to Britain soon, watch out for the signs on the motorways.
Would that be the illegal state of Israel as set up in 1948? They've been getting away with murder ever since that day. Its quite difficult to turn on any satellite TV docu channel and not to see a programme reminding us of the holocaust on a daily basis, or to be moved by films such as Schindlers List. The propaganda machine spearheaded by the Zionist infiltrated US congress and Hollywood is certainly one of the most powerful in modern history and allows for a high level of sympathy and carte blanche for Israel to do what it damn well likes.
