KM Links Game - December week 5 Rseults

Anybody want to swap countries about now ?? I'd settle for snow !!! It's reached over 41 the past 3 days and the fridge is still full of Christmas leftovers, I can't do my usual stunt and go hibernate in there till something more reasonable turns up !!!

Well, this is the final week of the month and also of 2007 and shortly someone [ who knows !! ?? ] will come along and post the matches for this weekends game.

The Leader Board, after last week, looks like this

freebi2 is still in the lead with 9 points
looking good there, freeebs !!!

wickedtongue & gen2 both have 7 points while Aquagility, lysander, bridgenut & ShazzaHewit all have 6 points, however we'll have to wait and see if there's a dark horse amongst you coming in with a flying finish !!

And at this point, I'd like to wish everyone a very Happy, Prosperous and safe New Year, thank you for the good wishes I've received and for the friends I've made over the year - all the best Steff

Oh my goodness - what a scoring frenzy that turned into - there were 10 bonus scoring hits in the first 2 minutes !!!

Three of the four matches went off in those 2 minutes - the only one to hang around for a short while was Fire Escape for which Strix grabbed the last bonus points.

The best of that short spell was lysander who nailed 3 out of a possible 4 and in doing so, took their score from 6 to 12 points and is the ultimate winner for the month of December

freebi2 finished second with 11 points and then came Dizzy Lizzie with 9.

8 points for the ever young Aquagility, wickedtongue & gen2 while joto, patchett & bridgenut finished with 7 points.

Congratulations to everyone and now I'm away to find a cool spot and a cooler tinnie - all the best S

Not in the running at all this month. Never mind, there is always next year, and here's wishing everybody on AB a great 2008.
Steff wiil be the first to celebrate tonight no doubt so good luck to her, and thanks for all the hard work done this year.
By the way, I am still not completely recovered from that blasted whooping cough -- but I'm probably 95% there. Here's to a healthier and disease free 2008 !
