Two pints

Just watched the new series of Two pints of Larger and a packet of crisps and not sure about it really. I loved it when they were all there but they took Jonny out and it doesn't seem the same.
They all worked well together and removing one cast member leaves a big gap that cannot be easily filled by any one else.
I take it that the guy who played Jonny didn't want to do any more. Shame really.
HAs any one else seen it and what do you think

I'm still trying to make my mind up about the new series. The "live" episode was very good.

Are you certain that Jonny is dead??

Well he died when he was eaten by a shark.
They buried some ones body in the second show, but I am rather hoping Jonny wil turn up at some point and its all just Janet having a bad dream Like at the end of the last episode of the old series.
As for Janets boobs well I rather like Gaz's look myself.

Never used to watch this but watched the live show and sunbsequent episodes and think it's hilarious. Maybe - for me - it was jonny I didn't like.

That Sheridan is some babe though! Shame about the mouth on it.....

do you think the actor who played johnny said it regarding the show no longer being funny?

I guess it was just a bit of self-deprecation - the writers thinking they were being very funny. Which they were - I think it's one of the neatest in-jokes I've ever seen. But not sure how well-known the phrase is outside the industry - it was a TV writer friend of mine who first mentioned it to me.

Is that the famous Happy Days thing. I read about it in Wikipedia. I did make the connection. Rather sly on the part of the writers.
