not sure where to post this question but have micro soft office and would like to download a template for a business presentation but unable to do so as it says active control x could not be installed to enable me to do it. tried to follow instructions how to get it but having no luck, must admit no expert on computer and getting on a bit ha , but there must be a way of downloading the template somehow, even other sites but not come across any so far. this presentation thing is the first time i ve had to do one and not sure how to do one so need all help i can get ! regards.

When you click to download it the active x would have been blocked , to allow it to be installed click on the yellow bar that appears underneath your toolbar & select allow active x to download.

will try that thanks, this may seem a silly question but does it make any difference if your with firefox or internet explorer, im on firefox,?

me again, installed it on firefox but did nt see the yellow line under a toolbar, it was one big screen all the time it was installing.
