Homeopathic remedy for prickly heat

Hi, could someone suggest a homeopathic remedy for prickly heat please? I am interested more in prevention that cure though. I think one year (years ago) I took Vit c tablets for about a month before I went on holiday and they were effective but can't remember if it was Vit c. I live in Spain now and can sunbathe throughout the summer on the beach and don't often get it, but seem to get it more in the winter time specifically when I go to bed, would take the covers off but it's too cold. Any ideas please - none of the over the counter remedies work and have tried most of the other anti histamines which no longer work for me. Was given steroids a couple of times which were great but they don't like you taking them for long periods of time and my problem isn't there all the time.

I had some reflexology for my prickly heat - had it winter time, which caused a small bout of prickly heat to come on me and after that touch wood haven't suffered since (that was 5 years ago)

hi its difficult to say what remedy would suit you,as you need to know what your constitutional remedy is and to find out what this is you need to visit a homeopath as some remedies wont work alongside coffee,menthol,toothpaste etc,but one of the most popular remedies for pricklyheat is urtica urens 6 or 30,hope this helps goodluck

The seamans cure is to soak in a salt water bath then let it dry on you, shower later. It worked for me when I was at sea.
