Some have had their names added to the list against their wishes and some have been threatened, physically and money withheld from research projects they are engaged in. The cycle of hot and cold has been going on for many, many years and what everybody is frantic about at the moment will prove to be of little use. Naturally I am all for cutting down on the emissions which are harmful to people and nature but we are wasting billions, yes billions on something we will not be able to achieve.

I have been posting similar for a long time on here.
Anyone who thinks they can control Nature in any way (including poluting the planet) is a fool.
Its the light bulb thing I think is funny. There are many situations that energy light bulbs are not suitable. Short usage or outside reduces their life considerably plus for a good portion of their life they dont give out the required light. Given that it is reckoned that manufaturing the things uses loads of power (loads more than a filament bulb) this makes a total mockery of the 'save the planet'
