I know this question can only relate to people living in the Burgh, but is anyone else getting totally p*ssed off with living in a building site at the moment? The city centre roads are a mess due to the tram lines being put in, Leith is just as bad, Sheriffhall roundabout is being dug up for 3 months, and the roundabout at Portobello Road is too. It seems like 50% of the buildings in the city are covered in scaffolding. Tourists who are here at the moment must be wondering what all the fuss is about - our city is a dump!! I have a friend coming into the city tomorrow, and she just can't get to my house without being affected by the roadworks.

Sorry, just had to get that off my chest. I'm usually so proud to live in such a beautiful city, but being in the centre just depresses me now.
