Hey Puddi

Admonished in Scottish Law does not mean Not Guilty.
Not being pedantic -but here is a link so you know exactly what it means :

http://www.nas.gov.uk/guides/legalTerms.asp

Its stressful being in court so are you sure they said 'Admonished' ?

As you will see that means 'Guilty' -but not basically worthy of a sentence.
What I meant by that was he couldnt be Not Guilty and Admonished -see what I mean.Just so you dont go saying the wrong thing to people !!

If he was found Not Guilty then surely he wont lose his job over it.

Maybe you picked it up wrong in the court -easy done in such a stressed situation -hope everything goes well for you and your son.
So what was this fight over?
