Done anything you're really pleased with?

The mood tonight does'nt seem very light. is it me? Anyway to trivialise things (I'm good at that) I did something today that made me feel real chuffed. I woke up this morning and decided that what I needed was an old-fashioned clothes pole to raise my washing line up, Like my Granny used to use, as I am no longer using the tumble drier for economic reasons. Went to Wilkos but they had only rubbish, so came home and constructed my own pole with a bamboo rod, a clothes peg and some parcel tape Amazingly it worked and I spent an afternoon leaning out the kitchen window admiring my handiwork. So wot you lot done that you are pleased with?

I have painted my kitchen and sorted out my airing cupboard ! Tomorrow I am going to tidy out my kitchen cupboards.

Hmmm, well i managed to wake up this morning after a full day and night of drinking yesterday. I was paraletic.
I thought i was gonna die from drink poisoning...

Done 4 wash loads, painted my skirting on the landing & painted my white wood floorboards!!!!! OOOOOH look at me. xxxx

ive been to work and secured a good deal.....im pleased with that and got a free lunch lunch out of a scotsman and i view that as a miracle lol................

Sorry MrBen....I'm no silly women........These Floorboards are in my spare room...the door in now safely shut with the windows wide open! Plus its currently only undercoat anyway...so drys quickly....(gloss 2mrw) Good 4 a bird a? Hee hee. xx
